Please FULLY COMPLETE EVERY CELL in the parking application below and hit "submit" at the bottom before leaving the website.  Once you submit the application, the screen will go mostly white, but a message stating, "THANK YOU!!!  YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED...." will appear on your screen below.  We will contact you within two business days with next steps.  Please call 608-535-9773 or email [email protected] if you have any questions during the application process.
    In order for the parking space to be held, a security deposit of one months rent must be paid with the application.  If the application is not approved, the security deposit will be refunded.  If the application is approved and applicant later decides not to execute the lease, landlord will attempt to mitigate applicant's damages.  Only after the parking space is re-rented will Landlord refund any monies paid, minus costs, including future lost rent.  Applicant is responsible for all rental payment due under the terms of the contract until the apartment is re-rented.  This is not a lease, rental agreement or contract.  Furnishing your social security number is voluntary and your application will not be denied if you withhold your social security number.

    THIS APPLICATION GIVES AUTHORIZATION FOR INVESTIGATION OF REFERENCES AND TO RUN A CREDIT CHECK.  THIS APPLICATION IS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF OWNER OR MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

    It is the policy of Grindstone Management, LLC to give no parking pass until the first months rent is paid in full and a signed lease is on file in our office.
